Very interesting article on a cheap, sustainable housing project by Texas Tech University. I would question the maths and the cost (come on, who do they think they are kidding?) but the project, and the construction photos are great. Beats a caravan every time for me!

Self build and fairly sustainable house in Nebraska, built over a number of years. Great use of Corten steel and a fabulous expressive form, a bit like a piece of rusty agricultural machinery.

Fabulous use of simple materials in this sports hall. I love the combination of larch, corten, galvanised steel and polycarbonate.
